3-Your behavior when using this online platform

4- Registration policy
4.1- Customers are free to browse the site without registration but registration is mandatory for supplier to be able to perform the following tasks:
-Marketing/advertising
Promoting their product or services on Ti Buziness.
Supplier/vendor will have to pay a percentage of commissions monthly to Ti Buziness for the service and facilities provided.
5-Opening an online account
5.1- Supplier/vendor will need to provide the following details to process the registration
– Name
– Surname
– Address
– Phone number
– Type of product/services
– A valid email address which will be used for identification purposes, sending notification and electronic receipts.
5.2- Ti Buziness shall use all reasonable endeavors to protect the supplier/customer’s information submitted on the site in line with DPA (Data protection act) of Mauritius.
5.3-The supplier/vendor is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of his/her account and password obtained upon registration and for restricting access of third parties to his/her account.
The supplier/vendor take full responsibility for all activities that occur under his/her account or through the use of his/her password.
5.4- During registration on the site, the supplier will be asked to choose a login name and password to access his/her account. His/her email address will be used as his/her login name.
5.5- If the supplier/vendor forgets or loses his/her password, the password can be reset online.
5.5.1- The supplier/vendor should change his/her password on a regular basis.
